Ingredients:
1 cup Semolina - 1/2 yoghurt- 172 teaspoon of baking powder -Salt - mustard seeds - cumin seeds - 1/4 cup cabbage - coriander - 1 tesaspoon ginger - 1 green chilli - 1 cup of water - one tbsp yoghurt.
add semolina , chillies , salt , cabbage , ginger , mix together
add yoghurt - mix
slowly add water.
Let batter rest for 30 minutes.
grease idle plates , put pan with water to steam.
add baking powder to batter and mix.
add batter to idles plates , fill only 374 full.
cook in steamer for 10 minutes.
