This is a fantastic opportunity for a South East Asian Chef de Cuisine or Luxury resort Sous chef with Asian cuisine background and nationality with excellent culinary background in a variety of South East Asian, Chinese and Japanese Cuisines to join the team in this beautiful luxury Five star Island Resort in Mauritius.
Our client is one of the leading small luxury Hotel Resort groups in the region and is looking for a talented and motivated Asian Sous Chef for one of their Signature restaurant outlets in a lovely paradise location in Mauritius.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Asian Fusion or classical Asian Chef with at least 2 years experience in same role with a recognised 5* Hotel with excellent cooking skills, great people management skills and ability to help oversee kitchen operation in the Chefs absence and run a quality kitchen with motivation to prove their abilities.
Requires well spoken English, well presented, creative and hard working Chef with a strong Asian Cuisine background and ability to motivate the team
Excellent package on offer of up to US$1700 basic salary tax free plus Service Charge, accommodation- Single status only, annual flights and medical insurance
