He has 29 years experence in 6 countries having worked with a background that has always been in four and five star hotels and restaurants, working to a level of 1 * Michelin and 3 rosette standard, as well as large scale muliti- outlet banqueting with my culinary background being classical French, but also having developed fusion style cookery over the last decade while still maintaining the values of my classical training. I am also used to dealing with high volume and multi outlet properties with the highest standards.She has 10 years experence working in all areas of the kitchen with strenght in pastry and production
