Chef de Cuisine - Banquet

The company has decidedly unique hotels and resorts; each is individual and characterful. This particular property is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and acknowledged for being the best hotel in the country.

Our client seeks a creative and accomplished Chef de Cuisine for its highly regarded Banquet Operation.
Ideally you are in your early 30’s and have previous experience in 5 star luxury hotels of international standing in Europe or the Middle East. You should have previous experience in all aspects of the kitchen including banquets at the uppermost level.
You are an accomplished all-rounder able to create elaborate menus of the highest standard showing great attention to detail whilst working with, motivating and training staff.
The position offers a very attractive tax free US$ salary, & includes all living expenses, annual flights home, health insurance and is available immediately but is only suitable for single status candidates.
