Fantastic opportunity for a Seasoned professional Executive Sous Chef to join this renowned luxury Hotel group and oversee an award winning property on the beautiful island in the Maldives.
This is a Luxury All-Inclusive resort with a total of 110 units and 4 Food and Beverage outlets with great atmosphere throughout with a focus on high quality service experience in relaxed atmosphere
The ideal candidate must show stable working history with from quality Five star Luxury Hotel background with working experience of local and international brigades, multiple outlet experience and Fine Dining Restaurant experience with some high end dining exposure and also Buffet Restaurant experience offering variety in Cuisine styles.
Previous working experience in Remote Locations or on Island Resorts is essential, as well as excellent people and management skills to assist the senior Management team to oversee this stunning property. Fluency in English essential and European language of Italian or French would be an advantage
Our client offers a salary package to US$4500 monthly negotiable dependant on experience plus 13th cheque, service charge with Expat Package offering annual flights plus R&R trips in the year with spending allowances plus accommodation, medical and great potential with the group. This position is Single Status only and contracts 2 years extendable
