Executive Sous Chef

We are looking for a creative and hands on Executive Sous Chef for a much awarded luxury hotel in Riyadh.

The individual needs to be a good and strong leader to guide, motivate and develop a large team of expatriate chef’s to excel.

Previous Middle East experiences are of advantage however luxury hotel background and experience in large 5* hotel operations are a must to be considered. This would be your second posting in this position and the company provides development potential for the right candidate.

Ideally you have been educated and trained in Europe/Australia in fine properties and you have some years’ experience working in Asia, in particular in Singapore or Hong Kong. Ideally you have a good understanding of banquet operations and have worked in fine dining restaurants as part of your professional development.
A stable employment history and full understanding of kitchen management are essential.
