Kitchen Manager – Fast Paced Volume Restaurant Concept- Rome ITALY!!!
My client is an exciting and dynamic Internationally recognised Café/Restaurant Group who is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager for their brand new branch in Rome of this well known restaurant.
The position would suit a multi-faceted leader who must be able to operate within non-negotiable company vales and drive the business forward in all of the following areas:
- Kitchen Management with P&L Accountability
• Staff Management
• Food Cost and Quality Control
• Timely meal turn-around service to high standards
• Unparalleled Service of Great Classic and Modern Dishes
• Inventory Control (Product & Food Cost)
• Live Music Environments
• The Employee Life Cycle (selecting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining employees)
Since Kitchen managers are unique in their day-to-day roles, in that they are responsible for “additional” aspects of these multi-million dollar Cafes, our leaders take on the value-added tasks of:
• Community Leader
• Cultural Ambassador
•Creator of Experiences
Previous International experience is required in a high volume quality International Steakhouse or similar concept restaurant with ability to lead a local brigade and maintain company standards
Minimum of 3 years experience as a leader in a high volume restaurant & Italian speaking preferred. New opening and Pre-Opening experience essential
Excellent Salary package of around Euro30-35k
