3 / 4 Star international hotel chain that is leading the way for all mid level hotels in the region, the food is modern European with slight tweaks of the rest of the world. The ideal candidate will be at a Head Chef level looking to grow within this company. You need to be extremely motivated have a self determined approach to exceed targets set and be able to look at the bigger picture within a professional company. The candidate will report directly to the Companies Executive Sous chef and is directly involved in menu development for more than one site. You should also be flexible and keen to move on to the next property within the specified growth region. Experience in Europe essential. Good package and conditions.
