1) Pastry Sous Chef
(Salary package minimum MOP20,000 + monthly housing allowance + air tickets + duty meals + uniforms + annual leaves + other standard staff benefits)
-10 consecutive years of Specialty Pastry Experience including 6 years of high production experience, at least 2 years experience as a Sous Chef Pastry is required.
-High school diploma or equivalent, with recognized professional culinary qualifications.
-Excellent language skills in Mandarin / Cantonese and kitchen English.
-Must possess Profound Technical Knowledge of Cakes, Pies, Pastries, Ice Cream, Chocolates.
-Technical Knowledge to work with the latest types pastry Machinery & Equipment available.
2) Pastry Chef de Partie
(Salary package minimum MOP15,000 + monthly housing allowance + air tickets + duty meals + uniforms + annual leaves + other standard staff benefits.
-Preferably at least minimum 2-3 years culinary experience in 5-star hotel specialised in pastries production.
-Chef Qualification or Diploma is preferable.
-Excellent team player, able to work well within a team and provide efficient support to the Pastry Sous Chef.
-Independant, creative, innovative and has strong sense of urgency.
-Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is added advantage.
