Presently we are looking for a Specialty Chef – Sous Chef for this top 5* luxury resort in Mauritius. The property belongs to a leading resort chain on the island. The Chef is responsible for a 60 seat modern Pacific-Asian fusion restaurant with 1 Sushi counter and Teppanyaki table with a 11 staff brigade. The right applicant has at least 3 years experience as Sous Chef and/or Head Chef in a similar position in an up-market Pacific-Asian Fusion restaurant or 5* hotel specialty restaurant.
Single Australian & New Zealander nationals are preferred. Very good salary and package is offered to the right candidate.
