Directly responsible for all culinary aspects in the kitchen and staff including inventories, set up, preparation, food quality, breakdown, and sanitation.
Accountable for ensuring all company's policies, procedures and recipes are followed consistently.
Responsible for documenting and communicating with the Executive Chef and / or Executive Sous Chef with regards to variances, exceptions, and maintenance issues.
Responsible for preparation of additional culinary contingencies, which may occur within his outlet or in other outlets / venues.
Exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services.
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.
Graduate of Culinary or similar.
At least 3 – 5 years experience as Japanese Teppanyaki Chef in Japanese Restaurant (freestanding / hotel / restaurant)
Strong teppanyaki skills and manage to handle sushi bar.
